Why can’t I use the Easy Line Remote app to adjust the volume during phone calls?

Phone calls and the Easy Line Remote app adjustments use two different kinds of Bluetooth communication. These are incompatible with each other and cannot function at the same time. Use the volume controls of your hearing aids or your phone to adjust the volume of the phone call.
